PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip-off prevented pipe joint capable of bonding a pipe carried into the predetermined lay-out position with the work from inside the pipe without a trouble, and to be used for a propelling method, and in such a case, capable of easily propelling in a curve, in regard to a slip-off prevented pipe joint formed by fitting a lock-ring kept in a socket onto the periphery of a spigot. SOLUTION: This pipe joint is formed by inserting the spigot 14, which is formed in an end of one pipe 12, into the socket 13, which is formed in an end of the other pipe 11. A lock-ring housing groove 17 is formed in the inner periphery of the socket 13, and the lock-ring 42 possible to be hooked on a projection part 16 formed in the outer surface of the spigot 14 is housed in the lock-ring housing groove 17. An annular elastic member 47 is arranged between the peripheral surface of the lock-ring 42 and a bottom surface of the housing groove 17 to push the lock-ring 42 to the outer surface of the spigot 14.
