PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method permitting easy reconstruction of a structure-dismantling machine of a suspension type from a working vehicle, e.g. a backhoe. SOLUTION: This method is associated with the working vehicle B having an upper swinging body B2 on a lower running body B1 and having a bucket attached to the swinging body B2 in a freely boom-hoisting way through a boom B3 and an arm. After removal of the running body B1 and the boom B3, while a crushing blade 5 consisting of a fixed blade and a movable blade is suspended from a swinging ring 1 of the swinging body B2 through an attachment 4, an operation chamber (b) on a swinging table 2 of the swinging body B2 is removed, and a water tank 8 is arranged at the position of the chamber (b). The removal of the chamber (b) also makes it possible to suspend the swinging table 2 with a crane. The crushing blade 5, and the like are allowed to operate by using power-supplying parts 3, including an engine and a hydraulic pump on the swinging table 2 and the fuel tank, as they are.
