PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacker device capable of eliminating slanting stack of paper, even when the slanting stack is caused by the paper discharged on a stack table, preventing lowering more than required of the stack table due to delay of the releasing of a paper detecting sensor, and preventing a stack defective. SOLUTION: In a control part 21, a counter 24 for counting the number of times of cuts by a cutter 11 is incorporated. When the counting by the counter 24 becomes a prescribed value in a state in which a detection signal is not inputted from the paper detecting sensor 20, a table driving motor 17 is driven via a motor driver 23. A series of stack putting-in-order operations that raising and lowering of the stack table 12 are combined are performed by lowering the stack table 12 by fixed quantity after raising the stack table 12 by fixed quantity.
