A dialing device has a first dialer (1) and second dialer (1') and a control appliance (90) with loudspeaker (92). The dialers are fixed to the steering wheel of the vehicle by fixture devices (not indicated) and each have a keyboard for inputting information and data. An RF transmitter is provided for sending the input information/data. The control device (90) has an RF receiver for reception of the input information/data from the transmitter. A communication device communicates with a mobilephone (cellphone)(100).
