<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off a power supply state to a laminated element 10 before gas is generated in the inside of an outer jacket film 30. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery 1 is equipped with the laminated element 10 formed by alternately laminating a negative electrode sheet 11 and a positive electrode sheet 12 through a separator 13, the outer jacket film 30 in which the laminated element 10 is sealed, and a pair of electrode terminals 15 electrically connected to the negative electrode sheet 11 or the positive electrode sheet 12 of the laminated element 10 and extended to the outside of the outer jacket film 30, and also equipped with a cutting-off mechanism 40 cutting off a conductive state between at least one of the pair of electrode terminals 15 and the laminated element 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
