<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial blood vessel having an endothelialization promoting function which is made by attaching an endothelial cell growth promotor, such as HGF which is an angiogenesis factor, on a material for the artificial blood vessel without losing its activity. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial blood vessel is formed by layering and immobilizing (1) a polyamino acid-urethane copolymer, (2) collagen or gelatin, and (3) an endothelial cell growth promotor having collagen avidity sequentially at least on the inner surface of a porous tubular structure. A preferable endothelial cell growth promoter is a fusion protein with a polypeptide having collagen avidity and an angiogenesis factor, especially HGF. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
