<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently attain the peak detection of a high frequency signal. <P>SOLUTION: This peak detection circuit 1 is provided with an arithmetic amplifier 2, a plurality of transistors 3 and 4 which operate by receiving the output signal of the arithmetic amplifier 2 and a capacitor 5 for holding. The transistors 3 and 4 are used as an emitter follower or a source follower, and the output signal of the transistor 3 is inputted to the arithmetic amplifier 2 so as to be set as negative feedback, and the output signal of the transistor 3 is supplied to the capacitor 5. Also, a resistance for discharge is formed in parallel with the capacitor 5, and droop is intentionally applied so that the peak change of the input signal changing every moment can be grasped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
