<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system and a data processor that provide increased operability or convenience for users. <P>SOLUTION: The data processing system includes a mobile terminal (data storage device) 40 having a storage part for storing data, and a complex machine (data processor) 1 for sending and receiving data to and from the mobile terminal 40, accepting the selection of a process to be performed on the data, and performing the selected process on the data.
