<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner with an air filter easy to clean up without increasing its ventilating resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioner comprises a disc air filter 20 arranged between a suction grill (not illustrated) and a heat exchanger (not illustrated), a drive unit (not illustrated) for rotationally driving the air filter 20, a rotary brush 2 for raking dust deposited on the surface on the upstream side of the air filter 20, a trapping case 12 having a brush storage portion 12a storing the rotary brush 2 for trapping the dust raked by the rotary brush 2, an air duct 3 provided in the longitudinal side face of the trapping case 12, and a suction device (not illustrated) communicated with the air duct 3. The brush storage portion 12a and the air duct 3 are communicated with each other via a slit opening 3b having a length almost equal to that of the rotary brush 2.
