<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic system of a housing deterioration state wherein procedures of a diagnostic result are easily understandable, a measurement apparatus is used at the diagnosis, processes of the examination are easily comprehensible, and a check form showing the diagnostic result can be used as a report document of the diagnostic result. <P>SOLUTION: Following respective diagnostic items are selected: such as condition inside an alkaline exterior wall material and deterioration thereof; a water content of a structural wood; a crack condition of the exterior wall; deterioration of a exterior wall coating surface layer; a remaining condition of the exterior wall coating; a floating condition of the exterior wall material; a peeling/deformation condition of the exterior wall; dirtiness of the exterior wall; a breeding condition of moss and mold on the exterior wall; discoloration, color fading, and color unevenness of the exterior wall; removal condition of the exterior wall coating; deterioration of a sealing material; deterioration of a roof; and deterioration of an iron material. The diagnostic result obtained by using the measurement apparatus for each diagnostic item is data-input into a computer to be displayed in an individual result chart displaying report items, record photographies, diagnostic criteria, and diagnostic results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
