PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner not occupying a large space and having high durability. SOLUTION: This outdoor unit 12 of the air conditioner 10 is constituted to bury an outdoor unit main body 21 in an attic just above an eaves soffit and to expose a lower panel member 22 mounted on a lower side of the outdoor unit main body 21, from the eaves soffit.
