PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for generating DTP data to be additionally applied based on DTP data prepared by allowing a designer or a DTP operator to engage in a design operation without being conscious of data to be additionally applied by generating data to be additionally applied to DTP data. SOLUTION: The system for generating DTP data to be additionally applied is provided with a rectangular object application addition means for extending the boarder line of a rectangular object being in contact with a finish line to the outside of the boarder line, a character object position correction means for correcting character positions, a warning means for displaying warning when the size of image data is shorter than a rectangular object region and an image object extending means for extending the size of the image data by designated magnification.
