PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display control device that is convenient when one or more words included in explanatory information on an entry in a dictionary are looked up again as an entry in a dictionary. SOLUTION: A display screen W102 displays explanatory information on an entry matching input characters input by a user. The user's jump operation selects "old people's home" displayed as the explanatory information as a jump phrase of a sequence of words.
