PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a service that combines network devices without varying a conventional application in a ubiquitous computing environment. SOLUTION: A computer connected to a network includes an application analysis/execution part 11 for executing an application; a device allocation process part 13 that, when an application interface corresponding to a function provided by a network device is called by execution of the application, requests the corresponding network device to perform a process; a device-to-device complementary process part 15; and a network device control signal generating part 16.
