PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray dryer wherein explosive pressure can be instantaneously and reliably dispersed upward even when explosion occurs in a drying chamber. SOLUTION: In the spray dryer 10, a dried object is sprayed into the drying chamber 12 and dried by heated gas.
