PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize well-done cooking for anyone to taste good by improving cooking performance. SOLUTION: This heating cooker comprises a casing 13 which houses a cooling chamber 1 having residing equipment 3 on which a cooked object 2 resides, an air inlet 4 and an air outlet 5, an air circuit 6 communicated with the air inlet 4 and the air outlet 5, a blowing means 7 for circulating air in the air circuit 6 from the air inlet 4 to the air outlet 5 and a vapor generating means 8 for supplying vapor into the air circuit 6, a heating means 9 for heating the air and the vapor in the air circuit 6, a temperature detector 11 for detecting a temperature in the cooking chamber 1, a voltage detector 15 for detecting power voltage, and a control device 17 (not illustrated) for controlling a heating time in accordance with the detection results of the temperature detector 11 and the voltage detector 15 (not illustrated).
