PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain generation of a sound from a heat shielding cover for covering a part of an exhaust pipe, in an exhaust system of a vehicular engine for connecting the upstream end of the exhaust pipe to a cylinder head of the engine mounted on a vehicle, and connecting an exhaust muffler to the downstream end of the exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: A stay 25 having a support plate part 25b curved so as to cover a part of the outer periphery of the exhaust pipe 17 from the outside, is fixed to the heat shielding cover 22 for covering a part near at least the engine of the exhaust pipe 17. The support plate part 25b for sandwiching a vibration control member 26 between the part and the outer periphery of the exhaust pipe 17, is installed in the exhaust pipe 17 by fastening of a band member 29 for sandwiching a vibration control member 27 between the member and the support plate part 25b.
