PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical-joint joiner for preventing a through-hole of a hollow external facing panel from being completely sealed by a sealing material, when constituting an outer wall by horizontally sticking the architectural hollow external facing panel having the through-hole parallel to the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: As the vertical-joint joiner for the hollow external facing panel, the vertical-joint joiner is formed by sticking a soft elastic body for setting the height of the whole vertical-joint joiner to 1/4 to 3/4 of the panel through-hole, setting a width of a part corresponding to the through-hole wider by 0.5 to 6 mm than a joint width and setting a width of a part corresponding to a panel plate material part in the same as or to - 5 mm of the joint width on a projection strip of the joiner, or as the vertical-joint joiner for the hollow external facing panel, the vertical-joint joiner is the soft elastic body for setting the height up to 1/4 to 3/4 of the panel through-hole, setting a width of a part corresponding to the through-hole wider by 0.5 to 6 mm than a joint width and setting a width of a part corresponding to a part below from the panel plate material part in the same as the joint width or to - 5 mm.
