PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid absorbing agent composition containing a polymer which is effectively utilizable as a base material for a heat storage material, a flavoring agent, a deodorant, an absorbing agent of various kinds of organic waste liquids, an absorbing agent of a water-soluble coating, a solidifying agent used in leakage of the organic waste liquid, a solidifying agent of an alcoholic waste liquid, a water holding agent for a greening fertilizer, etc., and effectively absorbs an organic solvent and an aqueous organic solution. SOLUTION: A liquid absorbing agent for the organic solvent or the aqueous organic solution is obtained by together copolymerizing an alkyl(meth)acrylamide expressed by general formula [1], preferably dimethylacrylamide, an alkylpropyl(meth)acrylamide expressed by general formula [2], preferably dimethylaminopropyl(meth)acrylamide, and a bifunctional or higher functional monomer, preferably methylenebisacrylamide.
