PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate a crystallization rate at solid phase polycondensation in a method for producing a polyester resin copolymerized with isosorbide by melt polycondensation-solid phase polycondensation. SOLUTION: A crystallization accelerator is added to a reaction system at an arbitrary step before granulating the melt polycondensation product to provide a granule having 140-180°C crystallization temperature during temperature rise and≤190°C or no crystallization temperature during temperature fall in the method for producing the polyester resin.
