PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner having an air-conditioning unit including a configuration of preventing mixture of air between right and left independently temperature-controlled air passages by a relatively simple structure without any complicated structure. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioning has the performance of the independent temperature control to a plurality of spaces. The vehicular air-conditioner has at least one partition to form a plurality of independently temperature-controlled air passages, and a mode door intersected with the partition. The partition has a space to allow the mode door movable, and the section of the partition on the upstream side of the air flow from the space is formed so that the thickness of the partition is gradually increased toward the downstream.
