PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing device which can stably hold various kinds of housed articles, and at the same time, is excellent in operability as well. SOLUTION: This housing device 1 is formed of a base body 2 such as a console panel, a box section 3 and pressing members 4 and 4. In a cylindrical section 22 which is extended downward from a hole section 21 of the base body 2, the box section 3 having an opening section 30 and a side wall section 36 on the top, and a bottom section 34 as a housed article mounting section is inserted. A first spindle protrusion 43 of the pressing member 4 is pivotally supported by a first bearing section 21 which is formed on the base body 2 in a manner to be turnable. A second spindle protrusion 44 which is provided on the outer side of the opening section 30 than the first spindle protrusion 43 is pivotally supported by a second bearing hole 33 which is formed on the box section 3.
