PURPOSE:To provide an electrically conductive paste composed of a resin binder containing a hydrogenated, modified or hydrogenated and modified block copolymer, an electrically conductive filler and a solvent, having excellent durability and performance and suitable as electrically conductive paint, electrically conductive adhesive, etc., for electronic use. CONSTITUTION:A block copolymer having a number-average molecular weight of 5,000-1,000,000 and a molecular weight distribution of <=10 and consisting of one or more polymer blocks composed mainly of a vinyl aromatic compound (e.g. styrene) and one or more polymer blocks composed mainly of a conjugated diene compound (e.g. butadiene) is hydrogenated and/or bonded with a molecule containing a carboxylic acid (derivative) group to obtain a hydrogenated, modified or hydrogenated and modified block copolymer. A resin binder containing said block copolymer is dissolved in a solvent (e.g. carbon tetrachloride) and mixed with an electrically conductive filler (e.g. silver powder). A substrate is coated with dried coating film of the resultant electrically conductive paste.
