METHOD OF DIAGNOSTICS OF THE QUALITY OF CASTING MOLDS AND MOLD CORES ACCORDING TO THE DEFECTIVE CONDITION OF CASTINGS

The method of diagnostics of the quality of casting molds and mold cores according to the defective condition of castings includes the preliminary formulation of the hypotheses of correspondence of the signs of the condition of casting molds and mold cores, coding of this correspondence within the limits of each hypothesis, determination in castings of existing defects. Diagnostic hypotheses are created, some specific existing defects of castings are compared with the signs of diagnostic hypotheses and by specific codes the quality of casting molds and mold cores is determined.
