摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve a higher recovery rate of a desired substance, by dividing a migration chamber into three sub-chambers while a passage is so formed that a sample is supplied at the center lower end thereof within the migration chamber to be divided to the right and left sub-chambers at the upper end thereof. CONSTITUTION:A desired substance being positively charged contained in a treated liquid 10 moves to a negative electrode plate by an electric field applied to right and left electrode plates. The substance in the central sub-chamber within the migration chamber 1 moves to the right sub-chamber passing through a rectification film 8 and further enters a separation chamber 2 passing through a separation film 6. The substance being left without moving to the right sub-chamber from the center of the migration chamber is divided to the right and left at the upper portion of the migration chamber and that divided to the right moves to the separation chamber 2 by an electric field when passing through the right sub-chamber as intact. On the other hand, the substance divided to the left sub-chamber is returned to the central sub-chamber again by an electric field while moving to an outlet port on the downstream following a flow. By repeating this operation, finally, the substance moves to the right sub-chamber to be recovered from the treated liquid.
