PURPOSE:To obtain a heating device which has high safety and indicates abnormal portions clearly by discriminating the abnormal states from a result of comparing information from respective detection means of voltage, current, temperature, with predetermined information and next by displaying the abnormal items on a display means to stop a heating process. CONSTITUTION:A detected value of a voltage detection means 15 is compared by a controlling means 14 at the beginning of a heating process. When the compared value is out of a limit range, the items are displayed by a display means 20. A power source current is detected by a current detection means 16 so as to determine an on state of a relay 5 by a controlling means 14. If the current value is 3A or less upon the off state of the relay 5, point fusion welding is judged and this abnormal item is displayed by the means 20 to stop the operation of the relay 5. If the current value is larger than a prescribed value upon the on state of the relay 5, heater disconnection in a magnetron 12 is judged, and if smaller, shorting of a high-voltage capacitor is judged, so that these abnormal items are displayed by the means 20 to stop the operation of the relay. Further a temperature of an exhaustion part is detected by a temperature detection means 18 and it is compared by the controlling means 14. If abnormal heating is judged thereupon, it is displayed by the means 20 to stop the operation of the relay. A heating device, which has high safety and indicates abnormal portions clearly and is repaired availably, can be obtained by this composition.
