PURPOSE:To facilitate the generation of data related to the handling of articles by setting plural order patterns previously, and generating daily data through the selecting operation of this order pattern. CONSTITUTION:In order to set the order pattern, at first, the pattern set key of the input key 3 of a retail shop terminal 1 is depressed. The terminal 1, responding to this, comes into a pattern setting routine, and the order pattern is inputted. Then, when an article name code and quantity are inputted, the terminal 1 stores them. Thus, the order patterns for respective days of the week are set. As for a daily order work, an order key among the input key 3 is depressed. Thus, the terminal 1 starts an order data generating program. When the number of the needed articles is the same as the order pattern, an entry key is depressed. The terminal 1, responding to this, reads the contents of the order pattern from a RAM, and stores it in an order data storage area. When an amendment is necessary, the new quantity is inputted together with the article name code. Then, the respective orders are collected. |
