PURPOSE:To improve general utility by making a position detector and a position setter of a slide valve the one of pneumatic signal type and making changeover operating unit a three way changeover valve operated by this pneumatic signal. CONSTITUTION:A pneumatic three way change over valve 3 is provided for changeover operation of a four-way changeover valve 2 for a hydraulic cylinder 1. The three way changeover valve 3 is operated according to value of deviation of both signals, namely pneumatic signals from a pneumatic position detector 4 and a pneumatic position setter 5, through leading both pneumatic signals into the same. Therefore, a same device can be adopted in common ragardless of explosion-proof or non-explosionproof of a service space, so design and manufacture can be simplified. |
