A shutoff unit has a body, an executive mechanism with two con-rods, movable lower and upper pressing rails. On the con-rods of the executive mechanism on which the upper pressing rail is rigidly installed a movable frame is fixed, this is rigidly connected to the drive of the unit, for instance, pneumatic drive, to that one is besides that connected the movable rod of the executive mechanism on which the lower pressing rail is rigidly installed; at that all its movable elements are made with possibility of translational motion only. Such implementation of the pressing unit makes it possible to increase the term of operation of the unit.
