PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a resin magnet by granulating liquid quenched Fe-B-R magnet material with solid epoxy at a room temperature, dry-mixing the particles, the latent curable fine particle compounds of epoxy resin together with lubricant, and forming a green body of the mixture by a powder forming method, and heating the body. CONSTITUTION:When a resin magnet is manufactured, liquid quenched Fe-B-Re magnet material 1 (where the R is Nd or/and Pr) is granulated from solid epoxy resin 2 at a room temperature. Here, the epoxy resin is completely dissolved in advance in an organic solvent, and a predetermined quantity of the solution is mixed with the material 1. The mixture is dry mixed with latent curable fine particle compounds 3 of the epoxy resin and lubricant 4, the resultant mixture is formed as a green body by a powder forming method, and the body is then heated. The compound 3 contains one or more types selected from a group of the hydrazides of dicyandiamide and its derivatives, dihydrazine carboxylate, diaminomalonitrile and its derivatives. |
