Display cabinet for oysters - has circulating water overflow, filter, pump and oxygen trap

Crustaceans, e.g oysters are kept in a rectangular display cabinet (1) with enclosed rear portal (2). The cabinet (1) contains a polyester storage container (3), for keeping e.g. several hundred oysters in good condition. The display cabinet houses an oxygen trap (4) with a ribbed plate in the portal . Circulating water outlet (5) is regulated by adjusting the angled position of the ribbed plate, thus controlling the oxygen quantity absorbed in the circulating water. An ultra violet light soruce (6) is fitted above the oxygen trap. The unit further includes a two stage filter (9,10) a protein separator (7) and a circulating pump (13).
