PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing processes by forming the tip of a tube by means of insert molding using a die, and thereby omitting a tapering and/or bending process for the tip of the tube otherwise required. CONSTITUTION:A wire mesh 2 consisting of stainless steel, etc., is knit in at the periphery of a plastic inner tube 1 formed by extrusion molding method, etc. This knit-in periphery of inner tube 1 is covered with an outer tube 3 which is formed and fitted by a cover mold extruding machine, etc., to accomplish a tube body A. This outer tube 3 at one end of the tube body A is stripped a certain length, and the tube tip 4 is formed by means of insert molding using a die. |
