Diagnosis device with adaptive diagnosis models for a communication network

The device has a diagnosis module for determining cause of problems occurring within a communication network (N) using an adaptive diagnosis model. A processing module (MT) has an analysis module (MA) for analyzing data, representative of constitution of the network, received from a network management system to generate orders representing actions to be taken, and an adaptation module for adapting the model based on the orders. An independent claim is also included for a network management system for a communication network.
