摘要

The proposed piezoelectric mechanical-electric transducer contains a piezoelectric element shaped as a parallelepiped with two main electrodes, which are arranged at the opposite sides of the piezoelectric element, and two additional electrodes, and a charge amplifier designed as an operational amplifier with a capacitor. All the electrodes are arranged in pairs at the sides of the piezoelectric element that are perpendicular to the polarization vector. The force applied to the piezoelectric element is parallel to the polarization vector.
