PURPOSE: A secondary lithium battery is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the secondary lithium battery and improve the capacity of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A secondary lithium battery comprises an anode, a cathode, a separator, and an organic electrolyte. A lithium metal complex oxide and a binder are coated on an anode collecting body. A carbon material or SnO2 is mixed to a binder, and the mixture is coated on a cathode collecting body. The separator is located between the anode and the cathode. The anode, the cathode, and the separator are submerged in the organic electrolyte. A material which has a PCT(Positive Temperature Coefficient) characteristic is coated on the anode and the cathode. |
