Line for painting the sheet relief material contains equipment for preparation of material surface, equipment of preliminary drying, dyeing equipment, equipment of drying after painting and mechanism of dispatching the material, and heat source, the equipment for surface preparation is mounted in the form of a section for surface cleaning equipped with a cleaning mechanism with aspiration system, the equipment of preliminary drying and dyeing equipment is installed in the form of two open sections, the equipment of drying after painting is installed in the form of two chambers of drying, the mechanism of dispatching is installed in the form of a packer, and the line is additionally equipped with a cooling chamber installed upstream of the packer, each of the chamber of preheating and drying chambers are equipped with a autonomous heat source and with a system of recirculation of heated air. The equipment of preliminary drying is sectional in the form of a chamber of preheating and chamber of drying, divided by additional section of bilateral application of priming, equipped with sprayers and shields, dyeing equipment is installed inthe form of two open sections, the first of which is equipped with devices of application and rubbing of paint and with pressure and composite containers, and the second section is equipped with a dyeing machine. Furthermore, cooling chamber is additionally equipped with the set of fans and special nozzles of counter cooling of the painted articles and as the heat source in each chamber of preheating and chambers of drying infrared heaters with automatic temperature control are used.
