The mechanism of tension of flexible element is executed in the formof flexible thrusts located in parallel to each other and fixed with the help of the axles on three-dimensional frame, on the edges - in its ears, and in the middle - with the help of the chain thrusts. Flexible element is executed as a sling form circle enveloping the blocks of the tension mechanism and fastened to the elastic sheets with the help of the laths. Three-dimensional frame is U-shaped, along sides of which the counterweights are mounted, and a nut loop is fastened on its cross beam.
