A catapult target game having a toy catapult and a target. The target has a plurality of compartments. Each compartment has a forward facing opening through which a projectile enters and an impact absorbing curtain to prevent the projectile from rebounding back out of the compartment. The catapult is pivotally adjustable about a vertical axis, thereby permitting horizontal alignment with a selected one of the compartments. The catapult i s also pivotally adjustable about a horizontal axis, thereby permitting vertical alignment wi th the selected one of the compartments. A primary object of the game is to use the catapult to shoot projectiles into the compartments.
