A tray for proofing dough pieces contains a double-sided cassette with cells to place the dough pieces which is allowed turning for 180 DEGREE . The double-sided cassette is arranged in such a manner as to allow rotating on suspensions hingedly, and has a holder, fixed on a spring plate and interacting with the openings on each suspension, supporting the cassette with cells in the necessary position.
