PURPOSE:To fix application quantity by applying repellent agent of port sealing resin on a terminal, and next supplying port sealing resin in the amounts of expanding enough on the electrode structure which is surrounded by the calked opening of a can case and then sucking up surplus amounts of resin from the port sealing resin which expanded enough on the electrode structure. CONSTITUTION:A can case 3 is held so that terminals 6 and 8 may be directed downward, and the terminals 6 and 8 are soaked in port sealing resin repellent agent 21 using interface activator, etc., so as to apply repellent agent 21. Next, the can case 3 is put on a holder 22 with terminals 6 and 8 upward, and the holder 22 is placed on a heating plate 24 so as to preheat the can case 23. In this condition, port sealing resin 13 is supplied using a nozzle 25 of dispenser onto electrode structure 4 at a position between both electrodes 6 and 8. Next, after discharging port sealing resin 13 it is let alone, and in the condition that it spread completely on the whole face of the electrode structure 4, surplus amounts of port sealing resin 13 are sucked up by a suction nozzle. Accordingly, the application quantity of the port sealing resin 13 which is applied on the electrode structure 4 becomes always constant, and surplus resin does not adhere to the terminals 6 and 8. |
