摘要 The proposed piezoelectric mechanical-electric transducer contains a piezoelectric element shaped as a parallelepiped with three pairs of electrodes, a matching voltage amplifier, and a matching charge amplifier. Two pairs of the electrodes are arranged at the sides of the piezoelectric element that are perpendicular to the polarization vector. The third pair of the electrodes is arranged at the sides of the piezoelectric element that are parallel to the polarization vector. The electrodes that are arranged at one of the sides that are perpendicular to the polarization vector are connected to the input of the voltage amplifier and the input of the charge amplifier. One of the electrodes that are arranged at the opposite side is connected to the common point of the transducer circuit, and the other electrode is connected to the output of the charge amplifier. One of the electrodes that are arranged at the side that is parallel to the polarization vector is connected to the output of the voltage amplifier, and the electrode that is arranged at the opposite side is connected to the common point of the transducer circuit. The force applied to the piezoelectric element is parallel to the polarization vector.
