The object (3) to be recycled is cut into pieces (15) and then sorted into useful material. A recycling method for e.g. cultivation nets containing soil after the crops grown in them have been dug up, car tyres with fouled tread grooves or comprising more than one material such as canvas and rubber or agricultural films with e.g. soil on top, comprises the following steps: (A) cutting the object to be recycled into pieces; (B) sorting at least one material from these pieces; and (C) producing products from this material.
