The device is constituted of a container that hermetically seals an ice sheet mixed with a product e.g. salt, which freezes the sheet during functioning of the device. The sheet and product mixer contains liquid nitrogen such that the device acts in an external medium e.g. ambient air, to provide chillness and water, by condensation of water vapor contained in the ambient air, and to provide energy by utilizing atmospheric disturbance.
