FIELD: methods or apparatus for obtaining oil, gas, water and other materials from wells, particularly screen filters for underground well completion. ^ SUBSTANCE: screen filter made in accordance with the first embodiment comprises basic pipe with orifices formed in side wall thereof and slidable netted pipe freely put on the basic pipe. The netted pipe is formed of netted structure including woven fiber layers laid one upon another and interengaging each other by needles provided with teeth. The netted structure closes the orifices made in basic pipe. Method for screen filter production involves making netted layers of woven fibers, laminating above layers; mutually engaging the layers to obtain netted structure with the use of needles having teeth for layer connection; forming netted pipe of above netted structure and installing the netted pipe on basic one provided with through orifices by freely putting the netted pipe on the basic one. The screen filter formed in accordance with the second embodiment comprises basic pipe with orifices formed in side wall thereof and slidable netted pipe put on the basic pipe. The netted pipe is formed of netted structure including layers of woven fibers laid one upon another and interengaging each other by needles. The needles have teeth. The screen filter at least partly surrounds downhole equipment unit. Netted structure also at least partly surrounds the downhole equipment unit and restricts foreign particles from entering into the equipment unit. ^ EFFECT: prevention of sand formation, reduced costs and labor inputs for filter manufacturing. ^ 16 cl, 4 dwg |
