FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves repairing middle portion of extensor. Shifted lateral portions of the extensor apparatus are brought close to finger median line at the level of proximal interfalangeal articulation to make engagement with lateral edges of the middle portion. Mattress sutures are placed beginning from one of the lateral portions. The middle portion is transversely sutured with free ends of threads. The thread ends are conducted through free edge of opposite lateral portion. The thread ends are tied in knot. ^ EFFECT: repaired and retained anatomical and biomechanical relations between lateral and middle portion of extensor apparatus. ^ 1 dwg |
