FIELD: metallurgy, in particular, equipment used in hot rolling lines for rolling of aluminum sheets. ^ SUBSTANCE: combined circular edge breaking-up shears comprise driven upper knife, lower circular knife fixed on shaft on which drum is secured. Edge breaking-up knives and flexible members are located on outer surface of drum. Upper knife is made in the form of disk. Each of said flexible members is made in the form of plate manufactured from springy material, with one end of plate being attached to drum surface. ^ EFFECT: increased strength of flexible members of shears under high temperature conditions. ^ 2 dwg |
