FIELD: medicine, physiotherapy. ^ SUBSTANCE: peloido- and balneotherapy should be carried out at the background of the intake of succinic acid indicated per 0.5 g thrice daily after meals about 2-3 d before the onset of therapy course to be continued during the whole curative course. As peloidotherapy one should apply applications of peat mud onto jugular area, at 36-38° C, for 15-20 min indicated daily from 9.00-11.00 a.m., about 8-10 procedures/course. As balneotherapy one should apply radon total baths at concentration of 1.5-3 kBq/l, 36-37° C, about 8-10 min indicated daily from 2.00-4.00 p.m., about 8-10 procedures. Total duration of curative course is 14-16 d. The innovation suggested enables to improve endurance of therapy conducted, achieve positive dynamics in initially altered biochemical and immunological parameters, normalize the state of anatomic nervous system and body adaptation capacities. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 ex, 5 tbl |
