The closure has a nozzle (3) with a sealing zone adapted to be tightened against a neck surface (23). A deformable membrane (4) is subjected to pressure reigning in a bottle. A pressure indicator (5) is connected to the membrane and has two positions. An end of a passage (45) of the nozzle is in communication with the interior of the bottle when the closure is in place. Another end opens on a chamber closed by the membrane.
