The arrangement has a body (3) with a fluid foam layer (13) covering an upper side of a structural part (11), and an airbag module supporting part (5). Fixation units (7A, 7B) have rivets deformed to be fixed on a frame (21) of the part (11) and to fit a reinforcement part (35) on the frame. The units respectively have a screw (81) and a nut (181) cooperating with threaded sections of the rivets to fix the part (5) on the part (11). An independent claim is also included for a method of making a dashboard arrangement.
