Mucous membrane is removed from external surface of the horizontal semicircular duct along fistula boundary 1-3 mm far from it. Preserved allocartilage plate is placed over fistula and surrounding surface and proper tissue of the patient is laid above it. The cut pedicle flap is laid on top. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in forming dense wall on defect surface.
